6 week course: BREAD + PASTRIES Wednesdays Teens: 3:30-5:30pm | Adults 6-9pm

Teens Class | Wednesdays starting October 4th 3:30pm-5:30pm

In this 6 week course starting October 4th from 3:30-5:30pm every Wednesday, teens will learn various classic bread making techniques and baking techniques! From bread making, pastries, bread proofing, and speciality breads and desserts your teen will walk away from this 6 week enrichment program equipped with experience, recipes, and lots of yummy breads and pastries to share amongst friends and family!                                                      This class is a drop off class for ages 12+ boys and girls. 

Each teen class is $40, total for 6 weeks is $210.00 per child. Registration is required. If your child has any allergies please include in comments at checkout to ensure that they do not work with those specific materials. Adults class | 6:00pm-9:00pm every Wednesday starting October 4th

Adults will learn everything about bread and bread making 6 week course. Each week Romi will teach you all about breads, brunch foods, morning pastries, holiday breads, and slow proof breads! Is your mouth watering yet? Each class is $55, 6 week course is $300. If you have any allergies please email us at to receive a full list of ingredients for each week to ensure that you will be able to participate. 

Adult class syllabus: Bread + Dough Program                                                                      Week 1 Learn how to make breadsticks, party breads, flavored breads, and homemade bread. Week 2: Whole wheat bread, pita bread, caramelized onions, and  focaccia.                      Week 3: Cinnamon buns, bagels, pretzels,  and scones                                                        Week 4: Donuts, Chipa, Churros, and Croissants                                                                   Week 5: Challah, Pannetone, Rosca de Reyes                                                                       Week 6: Baguettes, Sourdough, Pizza, and Brioche

Class dates: Wednesdays for both Teens and Adults :                                                          October 4th, October 11th, October 18th, October 25th, November 1st, and November 8th.

Our teacher is our favorite baker, Romi, from La Romi Bakery! Romi has a rich background in education, working as a teacher for many years, Romi is now teaching kids ages from 3 years up to adults how to create magic in the kitchen!
